How is this different from the turmeric capsules I've already tried?

The ingredient is the same. The delivery isn't. Standard capsule curcumin is known for very low bioavailability — much of it is broken down before it ever reaches your bloodstream. Lumbar IV is a dual-extracted liquid held under the tongue, so compounds absorb directly through the mucous membranes, bypassing that digestive breakdown. Plus, capsule turmeric is usually a single ingredient — Lumbar IV combines six clinically-studied botanicals targeting three different inflammation pathways simultaneously.

Why isn't this more well-known?

Botanical pharmacology isn't a major focus in standard medical training, which centers on pharmaceutical and surgical approaches. That's not a knock on doctors — it's just how medical education is structured. Always loop your doctor in on anything you add to your routine.

How long until I feel something?

Honest answer: most people don't notice anything in the first week. First hints — usually sleep-related — show up at 2 to 3 weeks. Real change typically lands at 6 to 12 weeks. Best results come at 90 days+. The science requires consistent use over 60 to 90 days. Anyone promising 3-day results is selling something different than what we're selling.

What's the difference between the three phases?

The First Phase is your starter month — a single bottle, 30 days. The Recognition Phase is the 90-day window where most people see measurable changes — that's why it's the most chosen tier. The Identity Phase is the six-month full course at the lowest per-day cost. All three include the same product. The difference is duration of commitment and per-bottle pricing.

How does the subscription pricing work?

Subscribe and save 20% on every order. Your price is locked — if we raise prices later, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription is active. The First Phase is $40/month, the Recognition Phase is $100.80 every 90 days, and the Identity Phase is $168 every 180 days. Multi-bottle tiers also include volume discounts on the base price, so you're saving twice — once on volume, once on subscription. Cancel anytime by emailing support. No phone calls, no hoops, no questions asked.

Can I take it with gabapentin, NSAIDs, or blood thinners?

Always check with your doctor or pharmacist before combining supplements with prescription medications. White Willow Bark and Meadowsweet contain natural salicylates similar to aspirin, which means they may interact with blood thinners (warfarin, etc.) and other anti-inflammatory drugs. We're not a substitute for medical advice. If you're on any prescribed medication, bring our ingredient list to your next appointment.

Does it contain alcohol?

No. Lumbar IV is completely alcohol-free. Most herbal tinctures use 30 to 40% cane alcohol as the extraction solvent — it's cheaper and extends shelf life. We use a dual-extraction process with distilled water and organic vegetable glycerin to capture the full spectrum of bioactive compounds — the salicin in willow bark, the harpagosides in Devil's Claw, the curcuminoids in turmeric — without any alcohol. You get the same compounds. None of the burn, none of the compromise.

How do I take Lumbar IV?

Lumbar IV is taken sublingually — place the recommended dose under your tongue and hold it there before swallowing, allowing it to absorb through the mucous membranes. For exact serving size and frequency, always follow the directions printed on your product label, since dosing guidance can be updated as formulations are refined. If you have any health conditions or take other medications, check with your doctor or pharmacist before starting any new supplement.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Send back the empty bottles within 365 days for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees. Email us and we'll process it. The 365-day guarantee exists because the science requires 60 to 90 days for measurable change, and we wanted you to have buffer beyond that to decide.
