All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping to the United States typically takes 8 to 12 business days. International delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.

Free shipping on every subscription shipment — not just the first. Every renewal, every cycle, every tier. No shipping charges, ever.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can check your delivery status at any time using that link.
If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 or more business days, email us at support@merusprotocol.com and we'll look into it personally.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll reship your order at no cost. Email support@merusprotocol.com with your order number and we'll resolve it within one business day.
International Orders
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 12 to 20 business days. All international orders include tracking.
Customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by your country's government, not by Merus Protocol, and vary by destination.
