All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout system, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Payment Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation summarizing your order details and payment amount. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@merusprotocol.com.

Payment Safety & Protection

We never share your payment information with third parties beyond what's required to process your transaction (such as our payment processor). For subscription orders, your saved payment method is securely stored and managed through our checkout provider, not directly on our servers.
