How Your Subscription Works
No contracts. No minimum commitments. No phone calls to cancel. Below is exactly how our subscription works, what you're agreeing to, and how to change or cancel at any time.
How Subscription Pricing Works
When you subscribe, your first order is 30% off the one-time price. Every subsequent order is 20% off. Both prices are shown before you purchase so there are no surprises.
The First Phase (1 bottle, ships every 30 days): First order $55.30, then $63.20 per shipment.
The Recognition Phase (3 bottles, ships every 90 days): First order $110.60, then $126.40 per shipment.
The Identity Phase (6 bottles, ships every 180 days): First order $195.30, then $223.20 per shipment.
Your subscription price is locked at the rate you signed up at. If we raise prices in the future, your rate stays the same as long as your subscription remains active.
When You're Charged
Your payment method is charged on the scheduled renewal date according to your subscription cadence (every 30, 90, or 180 days from your previous order). Once charged, your order is processed and shipped as a regular order.
You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming renewal so you have time to skip, pause, or cancel before the charge processes.
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails on the scheduled renewal date, we will retry the charge up to 10 times. If all retry attempts fail, that shipment is skipped and your subscription remains active for the next scheduled cycle.
A failed payment does not cancel your subscription. If you need to update your payment method, log into your account or email support@merusprotocol.com.
Free Shipping
Every subscription order ships free, regardless of tier. This applies to your first shipment and every shipment after.
Free Gifts
Subscription orders include free gifts that ship with your first order only. These are not included in subsequent shipments.
All subscription tiers receive: The Disc Recovery Protocol (digital PDF) and The 90 Day Recovery Journal (digital PDF).
The First Phase also includes: A hand-signed welcome card from Marcus Reid.
The Recognition Phase also includes: Everything from The First Phase, plus a Premium Lumbar Support Cushion and Companion Patches.
The Identity Phase also includes: Everything from The Recognition Phase, plus a bonus 7th bottle of Lumbar IV, a Branded Travel Case, and a Sock Assist.
Free gifts are non-refundable and do not need to be returned if you request a refund on the product itself.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@merusprotocol.com with your order number and a request to cancel. We will process your cancellation within one business day.
There is no minimum number of shipments required. You can cancel after your first order if you choose. No penalties. No fees. No retention calls.
Cancellation takes effect before your next scheduled charge. You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed. Any shipment already processed before the cancellation request cannot be reversed through the subscription system but remains covered under our 365-day money-back guarantee.
How to Skip or Pause
If you don't need your next shipment but want to stay subscribed, you can skip an upcoming order or pause your subscription by emailing support@merusprotocol.com. Skipping delays your next shipment to the following cycle. Pausing holds your subscription indefinitely until you request it to resume.
Your locked pricing is preserved through skips and pauses. You will not lose your subscription rate.
How to Change Your Tier
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier (for example, moving from The First Phase to The Recognition Phase, or from The Identity Phase to The Recognition Phase), email support@merusprotocol.com with your order number and the tier you'd like to switch to. We will update your subscription before your next scheduled charge.
Tier changes take effect on your next renewal. Your new pricing will reflect the subscription rate for the new tier.
The 365-Day Guarantee Still Applies
Your subscription is fully covered by our 365-day money-back guarantee. Each shipment is eligible for return within 365 days of its individual order date. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
What You're Agreeing To
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
You authorize Merus Protocol (operated by Vici Syndicate LLC) to automatically charge your payment method at the price and frequency associated with your selected subscription tier until you cancel.
You understand that your first order receives a 30% discount and subsequent orders receive a 20% discount off the one-time price.
You understand that free gifts ship with your first subscription order only and are not included in subsequent shipments.
You understand that you can cancel at any time by emailing support@merusprotocol.com and that cancellation takes effect before your next charge.
You understand that failed payments will be retried up to 10 times, after which the shipment is skipped and your subscription continues on the next scheduled cycle.
